Andrea Manzanares
Regional Coordinator
Andrea holds an MS in Natural Sciences with a concentration in biology from New Mexico Highlands University. Her degree directly goes with her a passion for the outdoors in northern New Mexico which led her down a conservation-based path. Andrea grew up in Las Vegas, NM and likes to spend time with her family who is spread out along the northern part of the state. Whenever possible, she is by the river at all times. With a close connection to the north as well as the connections made over the years, she aims to be a great mentor and coordinator to these MESA programs. “I want to encourage students and help to guide and support in their STEM achievements. “- Andrea
