North Region Schools are invited to attend the 9th annual STEM Showdown.
HIGH SCHOOL STEM Showdown Dates: Monday, September 8, 2025-Thursday, September 11, 2025
MIDDLE SCHOOL STEM Showdown Dates: Monday, September 15, 2025-Friday, September 19, 2025
Coordinator has been in touch to make arrangements, there may be a day available to have an HS/MS split the day.
- Daily Agenda: Each day will follow a similar agenda. Schools will be assigned a participation day and should plan on being in Las Vegas from 9AM-2PM. Exact presentations and mentors will vary per day.
- Attendees/School will need to bring their own lunch, water, and any other needs for the day.
- Student Release: To participate, students MUST have an A0 on file AND bring (or submit in advance) a signed release from NMHU Conservation Institute.

Requirements to Attend:
- All students must have paperwork on file
- Arrange transportation as needed. Either your district/school will provide or you must submit a B4 Fieldtrip Application to Andrea Manzanares AManzanares@nmmesa.
