New Mexico MESA (Mathematics, Engineering, Science Achievement), is proud to announce our 2026 NM MESA STEM Classic Golf Tournament, taking place on Sunday, August 30, 2026, at the beautiful UNM Championship Golf Course in Albuquerque. The tournament begins with registration at 7:00 a.m. followed by an 8:00 a.m. shotgun start.
For more than 40 years, NM MESA has inspired and prepared New Mexico students for success in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Through hands-on learning experiences, STEM competitions, college and career readiness programs, and industry partnerships, NM MESA helps thousands of middle and high school students develop the skills and confidence needed to become tomorrow’s innovators and leaders.
We’re relaunching the STEM Classic Golf Tournament as a premier fundraising event for NM MESA. It’s been more than 15 years since we last hosted this tournament, and we’re excited to bring it back. Every dollar raised will directly support NM MESA programs and student services throughout New Mexico, helping provide STEM learning opportunities, educational competitions, college preparation, career exploration, and access to resources that empower students to achieve their goals.

In addition to sponsorships, we are seeking raffle prize donations to help make our tournament even more exciting for participants. Every donated item helps us raise additional funds to support NM MESA students while providing an engaging experience for our supporters. Businesses donating raffle prizes will be recognized during the tournament and in event materials whenever possible.
New Mexico MESA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Contributions made through sponsorships and raffle prize donations are generally tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please note that the deductible portion of a sponsorship is reduced by the fair market value of any benefits received, such as golf registration, meals, or promotional items.
