New Mexico Mathematics, Engineering, Science Achievement, Inc. (NM MESA) prepares middle and high school students for college majors and careers in mathematics, engineering, science and related fields. NM MESA supports programs throughout the state, in which students participate in activities such as field trips, speaker presentations, workshops, academic competitions, community service and leadership development.

24 students, 4 teachers and 2 MESA staff enjoyed the STEM scene of San Diego during our Senior Incentive Field Trip (SIFT) this April. Adventures included San Diego State University (SDSU), whale-watching, touring San Diego Zoo, visiting Scripps Pier and more!

MESA Day at the Roundhouse is a success!
Both Memorials, SM 10 and HM 18, passed unanimously by the legislature on January 31st. Students from all over the state shared in the effort by writing letters, visiting and being engaged in the democratic effort!
